Find leads from Sales Navigator and create a database of prospects.
Conduct outbound cold calls to potential customers using a provided list or leads database.
Strong understanding of Web technologies (Website design, Web development, CMS Development,
eCommerce) and Digital Marketing (SEO & Content Marketing).
Identify decision-makers and key influencers within targeted leads to initiate the sales
process.
Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and qualify them as
potential customers.
Present product/service information, features, and benefits to prospects effectively.
Set appointments for sales representatives to meet with qualified leads.
Follow up on leads generated through various marketing channels.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with sales team members to develop strategies for lead generation and follow-up.
Meet and exceed monthly quotas for qualified leads generated.
Required skills :
Proven experience in cold calling and lead generation, preferably in a B2B environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
